How do I book my place at your event ?

 

Either send in a "request form" found on most pages on this website or if you prefer, email us directly. Our email address is:  contact@linedance-international.com. You may email us in English, Dutch, German or Spanish. We will aim to initially reply within 12 - 24 hours. Please make sure you state which event you are interested in.

You will be sent a booking form which will require all details and a signature

Deposit and Balance payment options ?

 

Once your booking has been secured and confirmed, you will be asked to make a non refundable deposit payment for each seat booked and, if applicable, for each room booked. The amounts will be shown on your confirmation email, but generally this is €20 deposit for each seat and 20% to 25% of the total cost of your room depending on which Hotel we are at for the event you wish to book into.

Please note ALL deposits are strictly NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE

NOTE: Please ensure you have GOOD TRAVEL INSURANCE arranged to cover all potential possibilities when travelling abroad

Are deposits non refundable ?  Cancelled event??

 

Yes. All deposits are non refundable. In the extreme rare occasion we are forced to cancel an event due to any unforseen circumstance totally out of our control we are not liable for any losses. Events involve huge pre paid costs which is what seat money pays for! Costs are paid out by us way in advance (Hall hire fee, Artists travel and accommodation etc). We do not offer any refunds for any event we cannot carry out due to any reason we are not solely responsible for.  These details can all be seen on "Terms and Conditions".  In certain situations vouchers for future events will be offered.

When are "Balance payments" due?

 

We send out one reminder email to all those on the event coming up (or the group leader) around 10 weeks before the event and balance payments must be made in full no later than 5 weeks before the event. Failure to pay results in cancellation. We do not send out endless reminders. Once all payments are made we send out a "Final Countdown" email to everyone setting out all the finer points of the event and workshop schedule etc.

Accommodation arrangements at the events ?

We can offer accommodation (subject to availability) at the event venue hotel. Once our allocated number of rooms are sold, we can assist with many other options. You do not need to book your accommodation with us. We can also offer self catering apartments at various complex´s in Benidorm. Please ask for all details. If booking accomodation with us you will be required to complete a seperate booking form and provide details

Flights and airport to resort transfers?

​

We do not arrange flights. You must arrange those yourselves. For a full list of airlines that fly into Alicante please see our page on this website "Future events". Fly only into Alicante. There are other airports (Valencia and Murcia) but these are a long way from Benidorm and will involve long journeys

​

We can arrange for you private airport taxi´s cheaper than the regular taxis on stand at the airport or in Benidorm. We can also arrange minibuses for up to 15, coaches from 16 to 55 persons at group rates offering a private door to door service. To book these or to check vehicle availability we will need to have your flight details and number of persons. We can also assist with shuttle bus transfers but please note these are not private and can go "around the houses".

Dancing at the events - what levels - what genre of music?!

​

Our events are aimed at Linedancers! From all over Europe and at all levels. Our workshops always include "Beginner" level dances as well as "Improver" and "Intermediate" and sometimes "Advanced". Many workshops will also include a "Retro" workshop (where an Instructor will re-teach a floor filler from many years ago). Our workshops are not suitable for new "never danced before" linedancers.

Our evening socials will include all levels from AB to ADV and all genre of music, whether it be Pop or Country. We also include Partner. We ask for "requests" using our online DJ feed service around 4 weeks before the event. We also have request slips at the event. Requests are played subject to time permitting.

​

We have dancers attend our events from the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Holland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and other countries but those being the most popular. Our socials are therefore a real "mix" of what everyone is dancing! You will see and hear dances that perhaps you have not seen or heard before! Our events are not geared towards one nationality but all. Our DJ Fred Broy speaks English, German, Dutch and Spanish so if you are from one of those Countries please do feel free to speak your own language!

THE MOST IMPORTANT EMPHASIS IS YOU TAKING OUT GOOD TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR COSTS IN CASE OF ANY LOSSES INCURED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBILE FOR YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENTS WITH INSURANCE.
